How your money and your group are protected
The financial and operational protections that sit behind every Aurora booking.
Every flight-inclusive package sold by Aurora Sports is protected under our ATOL licence (No. 12895). You will receive an ATOL certificate as soon as any payment is made against a flight-inclusive booking.
Deposits and balances for non-flight elements are held in a safeguarded client account, kept separate from Aurora's operating funds until services are delivered.
Aurora carries public liability cover, and all coaching, hotel and ground-handling suppliers are contracted with their own insurance evidenced at proposal stage.
Every booking is confirmed against written terms with a clear deposit, balance and cancellation schedule — supplied before any payment is taken.
A named Aurora trip lead is on the ground with round-the-clock contact for the duration of every programme.
Passenger data is handled under UK GDPR and only shared with the airlines, hotels and venues delivering your programme.
About ATOL 12895
Aurora Sports Ltd holds ATOL Licence No. 12895 issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you, and who to contact if things go wrong.
Not all holiday or travel services offered and sold by us will be protected by the ATOL scheme — the scheme applies to flight-inclusive packages only. Non-flight services (accommodation, ground transfers, coaching, venue hire) sold on their own are covered by our safeguarded client account and our contractual terms.
