Can you plan for mixed playing levels?

Tell us the range of levels in your group so court allocation and any coaching requirements can be considered in the proposal. Specific groupings and coaching arrangements need confirmation.

Can our own coach join?

Include your coach in the brief. Any venue permissions, court use and additional coaching requirements will need to be agreed.

What is included?

Your written proposal sets out the accommodation, sport programme and any other agreed services. Do not assume an extra is included unless it is listed.
