Equipment hire

Ski or snowboard equipment and helmet requirements.

Lessons

Beginner sessions, ability groups and lesson duration.

Transfers

Useful information before you enquire

An estimate is enough to start. Have a think about:

  • Approximate group size and broad age ranges—no children’s names or personal details.
  • Preferred dates, flexibility and number of nights.
  • Skiing, snowboarding or a mixture.
  • Beginner, mixed or experienced ability levels.
  • Budget per person and what you want it to cover.
  • Accommodation, meals, lessons and transport preferences.

If accessibility or dietary arrangements are important, flag that you would like to discuss them. Detailed personal or medical information should be handled separately through an appropriate private process.

Frequently asked questions

Can beginners join?

Tell us how many beginners are in your group. We’ll explore suitable lesson and equipment options before confirming a proposal.

Can skiers and snowboarders travel together?

You can enquire for a mixed group. Lesson and equipment arrangements will depend on the suppliers and dates available.

Do you arrange school and college trips?

We welcome enquiries from named adult members of staff. Supervision, safeguarding responsibilities and supplier arrangements must be agreed before booking.

Is there a minimum group size?

Requirements vary by accommodation and supplier. Send your estimated numbers and we’ll explain the available options.

Is an enquiry a booking?

No. An enquiry starts the planning conversation. Your written proposal will explain how to book and when the booking becomes confirmed.

What if snow conditions affect the programme?

Conditions can affect lift operations and activities. Before booking, we will explain the applicable supplier terms and any agreed contingency arrangements.

Who can I contact?

Email info@aurorasports.co.uk. Routine support hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time. In-trip and emergency contact arrangements must be confirmed before departure.
