Do you organise bespoke trips?
Yes. Tell us your sport, group size, preferred dates, destination and budget. We will discuss a programme and provide a proposal.
Are flights included?
Flights are usually arranged separately unless they are specifically included in your written proposal or trip details. Check the inclusions for your departure before arranging travel.
How much is the deposit?
Deposit amounts, balance deadlines and cancellation terms depend on the trip. Read the relevant product details and written booking terms before paying.
What does the displayed price cover?
Read the selected option and inclusions carefully. Where a product offers deposit and full-payment options, the amount due now may be different from the total trip price. Ask us if anything is unclear.
Can I travel alone?
This depends on the departure and its group format. Ask about suitability, room options and any single-room supplement for the trip you are considering.
Do you work with schools and junior groups?
Yes. We discuss ages, supervision, school requirements and the proposed programme during planning. Detailed arrangements must be agreed for the individual group.
Can you accommodate dietary or access requirements?
Tell us about requirements early so we can discuss them with the relevant suppliers. Specific arrangements are subject to confirmation.
Can we add extra activities or nights?
